Outback Steakhouse has pretty good ranch. I would give it a solid 8.5/10

Also if you ask for a lot of ranch (in a very whiny dramatic way) they will bring it out in a soup bowl, so honestly that won my heart. I hate having to keep asking for a sufficient amount of ranch, its like ~**EmBaRrAsSiNg**~

Also whatever sauce they give you with the blooming onion is *chefs kiss* so bonus points for that too.
