I consider Chili's an underdog. I know, I know, hear me out. Not only was Chili's the setting for many Office episodes (genius), but it also has good ranch! Pre-covid I would try to drag my co-workers down to Chili's on a Friday lunch, so we could get "lit" on house margs, and eat any food item that would basically facilitate ranch getting into my mouth. Their ranch is good, a solid 8/10.

Chilis also offers different kinds of ranch 😲 so I give them kudos for going above and beyond.
